    • Grievances will be addressed and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Escalation to SEBI:

    • If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved, investors can lodge complaints on SEBI’s SCORES portal: https://scores.sebi.gov.in/
    • SCORES provides a centralized, web-based complaint redressal mechanism, allowing investors to track their complaint status.
  3. Physical Complaints:

  5. Use banking channels for payments to Research Analysts and ensure receipt of duly signed acknowledgments.
  6. Confirm research recommendations before buying securities or participating in public offers.
  7. Ask relevant questions and seek clarifications from your Research Analyst.
  8. Report any claims of assured or guaranteed returns to SEBI.

Don’ts:

  1. Never provide funds directly to the Research Analyst for investment purposes.
  2. Avoid falling for misleading advertisements or market rumors.
  3. Do not be swayed by limited-time offers, incentives, or gifts.
  4. Never share your trading and demat account credentials or passwords.
